Are there uniforms? No, we have a standard dress code based on modesty and respect for our bodies that God made, but students choose what they would like to wear.

What are your school hours? Our hallways open at 8:00am for Kindergarten-Grade 8, and classes begins at 8:10am. Students who arrive prior to 8:00am will wait in the Lunchroom/Fellowship Hall.

Preschool hallway opens at 8:35am. Morning classes begin at 8:45am and dismiss at 11:15am. Afternoon Enrichment in combination with morning classes releases at 3:15pm. Afternoon-Only Preschool begins at 12:45pm and releases at 3:15pm.

Elementary & Middle School dismiss at 3:15 pm.

Are your teachers licensed? Yes, all our full-time teachers have their teaching license, and many of our staff also have their Masters.

Is Immanuel accredited? Yes, we are accredited by the National Lutheran Schools Association. Immanuel is also certified with the state of Illinois.

Where do your 8th graders go to High School? About 1/2 of our graduates typically attend Private High Schools throughout the area such as Aurora Central Catholic, Marmion Academy, Rosary High School, Aurora Christian, Wheaton Academy, & St. Francis. Then 1/2 of our graduates attend their local public High Schools.

Do you provide Hot Lunch? Preschool students staying all day will pack a lunch (snack is as a group). Kindergarten through 8th grade students also bring a packed lunch. We do periodically have special hot lunch days where meals are brought in for those who pre-order.

Do you offer extra curriculars? Yes, we offer Band, Theater, Orchestra, Vocal Lessons, Piano Lessons, Basketball, Volleyball, Cheerleading, Track, and Cross Country as well as various after school clubs and activities.

Do you offer Before and After Care? Yes, we offer Before Care starting at 7:00am and After Care until 5:30pm. It is available for all Immanuel students and can be used on an “as-needed” basis. Families will be billed monthly for time incurred.
